8/1/2023 0 Comments Top just cause 2 modsAs I said before the biggest difference is really just the fact that you get to play with other people. The game play is practically identical to the original game, with all the parachuting, grappling and car surfing all working in the exact same way. All my fantasies of having extreme bus races with another person were realised, and more. So everyone was delighted and surprised when it actually happened. The idea of surfing planes into the ocean with a friend was just an awesome thing to imagine. I think all people who played Just Cause 2 had fantasies of a multiplayer mode being made. The beauty of this mod in my opinion, is how every time you play it's a different experience. To be honest it's a bit unfair to judge a mod on not having top notch music, or any music at all. In the way of music there is nothing really to talk about at all. It's one thing for the game to drop some frames when just one player is surfing a jumbo jet into the ocean, but when 15 other players are doing the same thing, you can expect some performance issues. The game does begin to chug a little more than just the original game due to the additional players. It's truly a sight to behold as you fly over the green forests in a bus watching the world rush by. The graphics are very beautiful and run really well for mow much the game needs to render at any one time. Overall the Just Cause 2 Multiplayer Mod is really fun and enjoyable. The only thing I would like added is maybe the ability to play some of the story missions with friends, however this is up to the individual servers. The gameplay is just as fun as the normal game with the added bonus of playing with others and added commands. The servers are going to keep getting more and more interesting as new ideas are implemented onto each server. Being in the massive sandbox world with guns and vehicles at your disposal is easily enough to keep you entertained for ages. By that I mean that new ideas for custom game modes, cool stunts and things to do in general spring up by themselves, the game doesn't have to give you ideas. Me and my friends have had endless fun 'flying' boats across the map and attempting to land them in the ocean unscathed. For example the command 'boost', which adds upwards of 300kmph worth of forward momentum in all sea and land vehicles, causing them to gain so much speed they start flying. The custom commands implemented by each individual server are one of the biggest gameplay differences and also half the fun of the mod. The shenanigans you can get up to in the Just Cause 2 Multiplayer mod are beyond anything I personally have seen in a multiplayer game. Worst case scenario, just remove one if it causes problems.I think all people who played Just Cause 2 had fantasies of a multiplayer mode being made. You may run into conflicts if two mods change the same aspect of the game, but I can't say for sure. I've used several togther with no issues, so I'd say yes for the most part. Sometimes little things that add novelty are the best, one of my favorites being this mod pack, [which adds some extra sillyness to some of the vehicles in the game.Ĭan I use 2 diff mods same time? Like Superman flying mod and Blackmarket mod? Try browsing around a mod site like and you'll probably find something you like. There's lots out there and they all do different things that change gameplay or add little quirks to the game. It allows you to spawn a ton of extra stuff from the black market, makes it all free and unlocked, and removes the wait times.Īs for others, it really depends.
